Information pertaining to events and meetings are posted on each calendar. Please read the information in each section regarding scheduling an event for your organization. Calendar shows dates, times and locations of meetings of Town boards, committees, commissions, etc. Please note that this is for reference only. Meetings are posted at the Town Clerk's Office. Agendas and meeting notices are posted in the main hallway of the Grafton Memorial Muncicipal Center based on the requirements of state law. Please visit the Municipal Center if you have any questions. |

Municipal Center Conference Rooms, Gymnasium, Grafton Common |
Listed below are the various rooms and facilities located in the Grafton Memorial Municipal Center. Use of these facilitiesis intended for town government meetings such as boards, committees, commissions, etc. as well as for general public use. Scheduled government meetings receive priority over general community use. The Municipal Center is handicap accessible and there is an elevator for access to the second floor conference rooms.
Please note that you may be required to fill out a Use of Facilities Form depending on the type of function or the day of the week requested. Community groups wishing schedule a facility on weekends will be required to pay a fee.

All Fields, Parks and Recreational Facilities are coordinated and managed by the Town of Grafton Recreation Department. Please note that you are required to fill out a Use of Facilities Form if you wish to schedule an event and that you may be be required to pay a fee. Please review the Fields/ Facilities Policy before filling out an application. Thank you.
